Principal / Associate Environmental Consultant

I am seeking a PRINCIPAL / ASSOCIATE ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT to join my client, a firm of multi disciplinary consulting engineers in their London office.

You will join their real estate and infrastructure division.

You will work closely with specialists to support the delivery of a variety of projects in the water, rail, highways and tunnels divisions.

You will have a track record of deliverying large EIAs as well as successful business development.


Our client is a successful firm of consulting engineers and property specialists working on projects across a number of different sectors.

They are a large firm with offices across the U.K.


You will need to have a Degree in Environmental Engineering or another similar science subject.

You ideally will have achieve Chartered status.

You will have a track record of deliverying large EIAs as well as some experience of business development.

You will be a team player with excellent communication and client facing skills.

You must have an up to date understanding of the relevant UK environmental legislation and planning processes as well as a broad understanding of the requirements across al the major EIA disciplines.

You will have gained experience in prescrigin and implementing mitigation measures for large and complex projects.

You will have experience of stakeholder engagement and consultation with statutory bodies etc.

Experience of scoping and specifying technical impact assessment work plus line management and mentoring of staff etc.

A full and clean UK / EEC driving licence is required.

Salary is highly negotiable plus car allowance, pension and many other benefits.
