A massive opportunity has just come up in central Birmingham for a RIBA chartered Architect to join an AJ100 listed practice. A company who have been operating for over 50 years and have become one of the UK's most well-known practices are currently on a large recruiting for their Birmingham office. They employ over 150 people across the UK throughout their 8 offices. The practice is fairly new to the West Midlands, the Birmingham office was set up 5 years ago and now has 15 staff.

Award-winning practice that are well known for their projects in multiple sectors, historic buildings are their specialty. By joining the studio, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile, prestigious and potentially career defining projects, they recognisably work on Cathedrals, Castles, hospitals and universities.

At present in the office there are Architects, Architectural Assistants, Technicians and an Interior Designer. You will often have Architectural Assistants on hand to help with designs. You will report directly to the associates and directors of the practice. The company are accredited by Investors in People and are very keen to promote staff from within, making career progression very achievable.

If you're an Architect with experience of managing large scale projects and leading a team, who has previously worked on listed buildings and used Revit on live projects this could be a brilliant opportunity. You will be leading a team of talented Architects and help the studio move from strength to strength.

Role Requirements:
- ARB Registered or RIBA Chartered Architect
- Leadership experience
- Project management
- Experience of taking responsibility for the financial success of projects.
- Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
- Heritage and Conservation experience
